Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

All digital products, including ebooks and audiobooks delivered via BookFunnel, are non-returnable.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot accept returns once a product has been delivered.

However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
• Technical issues accessing or downloading your purchase
• Accidental duplicate purchases
• Contact made within 7 days of purchase

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to downloadable content and waive your right to a return.

Physical Products (Signed Books & Merchandise)

We accept returns on physical items under the following conditions:
• Returns requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including excessive refund requests on digital products.
