This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased from High Garden Publishing.

Digital products (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.

Processing Time

All physical orders (such as signed books) are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available services to deliver your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available).

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Digital Products (No Shipping Required)

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via BookFunnel.

You will receive an email with instructions to access your digital purchase shortly after checkout.
